This Privacy Policy explains how mAISpace (“mAISpace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a product developed and operated by Personal Evolution LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Items you mark public, along with your public profile (your mAITag and public products), are visible to anyone — including people without an account — and may be indexed by search engines. Items you mark private are visible only to you. Your email address, shipping address, and private items are never shown on your public profile. The family feed displays only the public products of members you are connected with.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
mAISpace does not currently record any data on a blockchain; all data is stored in our conventional cloud database. Decentralized storage is on our roadmap (see the white paper). If and when such features launch, we will update these terms first and tell you before anything is written to a ledger — information written to a blockchain can be public, permanent, and may not be changeable or deletable.
We retain your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Deleting your account removes your products, photos, and activity. Content you shared publicly may persist in caches or in copies other members saved to their own journals.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work properly without them.
We also show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to mAISpace and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, review the list of ad technology providers, or opt out of participating vendors at aboutads.info. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. California residents may opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by contacting us.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
